PostCrewly launches free sample social content for SMEs

PostCrewly has launched a social content service for small businesses, offering a free sample graphic and caption before purchase.
The Arlington, Texas-based business starts with photographs and details owners already have, such as completed projects, dishes, service explanations or practical tips. It then prepares branded graphics and captions for owners to review before publishing them on their own social channels.
To request a free sample, users are asked to provide a business name, email address and topic. They can also add an optional photograph and more information about their business, industry, city or website. After confirming their email, they receive a private review link.
One free sample is available for each email address. Opting into marketing tips is separate from receiving the requested sample.
Photo-led model
The service is aimed at small business owners who may have material to post online but limited time to create social content. Examples include restaurant owners with approved food images, home-service operators with photographs of completed work, and dental or wellness businesses that want to share introductory or explanatory posts.
According to the service description, owners remain responsible for confirming facts and approving content before publication. Users are also asked to submit photographs they have permission to share and verified business information.
The website shows a range of visual formats, including photo-led layouts, Polaroid-style frames, side headlines and brighter feature designs. Sample industries include home services, restaurants, dental and wellness businesses. The examples are identified as fictional demonstrations rather than customer testimonials.
Pricing plans
PostCrewly currently lists a one-off three-post pack at USD $29. The package includes three branded PNG graphics, three editable captions, a suggested posting calendar and one revision round.
It also lists a Monthly Starter plan at USD $79 for 12 posts and a Growth plan at USD $129 for 20 posts. Purchased content is delivered through a private page linked from email, where owners can download graphics, copy captions and use supported phone-sharing options.
The current plans do not include posting directly to customers' social accounts. Instead, the final publishing step remains with the business owner, who can check wording, contact information and image selection before posting.
Guidance on the site notes that captions may need to be copied separately if a social media app does not transfer them automatically. That reflects the current workflow for both one-off and recurring plans.
Publishing distinction
PostCrewly also describes an Auto Pilot option as a planned early-access package for scheduling and publishing approved content. Automatic social publishing is not yet live, no payment is collected through the related enquiry button, and availability and account setup would need to be confirmed before any paid enrolment.
That distinction separates the business's current offer from a fully managed publishing service. For now, the main deliverable is prepared content that an owner can review and post manually.
The founder of PostCrewly also runs Yerg Remodeling in Arlington, Texas. The business said the service is intended for owners with real business activity to show online but limited time to turn that material into regular social posts.
"For an owner who spends the day serving customers, completing a job or managing a restaurant, creating the next social post can become another task waiting until the evening," said Bryan Yerg, Founder, PostCrewly.
"The goal is to help the owner prepare content around their actual business rather than begin with an empty design canvas," said Yerg.
