Auxia unveils AI-native marketing platform with unified workspace

Mon, 27th Oct 2025

Auxia has announced a significant redesign of its marketing platform, consolidating decisioning, content generation, and performance insights into a single user interface for marketing teams.

The updated platform is intended to simplify customer journey management by integrating key functions into a unified workspace. This approach aims to replace disjointed processes with a more streamlined and visual experience for marketers.

Siddharda Garimella, Engineering Leader at Auxia, explained the motivation behind the redesign.

"Our goal was to replace complexity with clarity. We redesigned our user experience so marketers can see their ideas, data and creative work come together visually. We've made it easier for marketers to focus on strategy and storytelling, so our Agentic capabilities feel like a truly helpful sidekick, not another tool."

Auxia's platform has used AI since its inception, providing intelligent support for marketing functions such as onboarding, upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention. The newly introduced AI-native experience expands on this foundation, featuring a design that facilitates the move from ideas to tangible results more efficiently and with greater intuition.

The change comes amid a broader evolution in marketing, marked by continuous iteration, increasingly data-driven insights, and closer integration of creativity with machine intelligence. Marketers are being called upon not only to execute campaigns but also to navigate dynamic systems of engagement, often requiring strategic flexibility alongside speed in creative execution.

One noted obstacle to adopting AI-driven platforms has been the cognitive load on marketing teams, particularly with chat-based interfaces where users may be unsure of what is possible or how to best interact, generating friction and slowing adoption.

The redesigned Auxia platform aims to address these challenges directly. Its AI-native redesign seeks not only to offer a more intuitive workspace but also to proactively embed intelligence throughout the workflow. The system is intended to anticipate users' needs, recommend opportunities, and provide guidance throughout the marketing process. The objective is that marketers spend less time navigating multiple tools and more time delivering outcomes.

Agentic-first approach

The latest interface puts Auxia's agentic AI capabilities front and centre. Marketers now interact with the platform through a consistent, chat-based console that supports a broad spectrum of marketing tasks - from ad hoc analysis to content generation.

Unlike conventional workflows in which AI tools wait for explicit user input, Auxia's agents operate continuously in the background, surfacing insights and content recommendations as marketers work. The system is designed to reduce mental fatigue and enable faster, more confident decision-making, as well as shorter time-to-market.

In terms of campaign management, Auxia now structures efforts around core marketing workflows known as 'Journeys.' There are two core types of Journeys: Evergreen Journeys are sustained, ongoing campaigns, such as email, app, and push notifications, that are continuously optimised by Auxia's Decision Agent to maximise message relevance. Burst Journeys support time-limited initiatives such as event- or product-based promotions. In these, marketers can direct the platform's Decision Agent to focus on short-term impact, boosting the reach and visibility of urgent campaigns.

Consolidated workspace

Another aspect of the redesign is a home screen that unites campaign health data, performance trends, and creative suggestions within a single dashboard. This consolidated view is intended to support timely actions and collaborative workflows among marketing teams.

The redesigned console is being rolled out to select enterprise partners, with broader availability scheduled for later in the year.

Auxia positions its platform as a tool that enables marketing and product teams in large organisations to use first-party data for orchestrating personalised customer journeys. Developed by a team with experience at technology firms including Google and Meta, Auxia's system deploys AI agents to deliver targeted content across various customer surfaces and provides real-time insights for ongoing optimisation of each customer's journey.
