OneShot.ai unveils Execution OS to unite AI & human sales teams

Today

OneShot.ai has announced the public release of Execution OS, a platform that combines AI and human expertise to support go-to-market strategies for sales and marketing teams.

During the past 18 months, many companies have adopted AI-powered digital workers as a way to replace sales staff. The expectation was that this would accelerate growth and reduce the need for additional hires. The results, however, were described by OneShot.ai as resulting in "underwhelming performance, customer churn, and flatlining pipelines."

Execution OS is designed to address these issues by integrating multi-agent AI with on-demand go-to-market (GTM) specialists, supported by a real-time Analysis Engine. The platform promises to manage GTM tasks—ranging from outbound and content to social, SEO, and events—by channelling both technology and human input into a managed workflow. The AI component scopes each task and orchestrates workflows, while human experts such as sales development representatives, copywriters, designers, and analysts are deployed to complete tasks as needed.

"Companies didn't just want automation—they were promised they could replace humans. But the results never came. We built a platform where AI and humans work in sync to execute and deliver results," Gautam Rishi, Chief Executive and Co-founder at OneShot.ai, explained.

The platform is structured around two main engines. The Analysis Engine processes data from customer relationship management systems, sales calls, meeting transcripts, campaigns, and customer interactions to determine which messaging and channels are effective and why. The Execution Engine then takes these insights and initiates practical actions, such as spinning up multi-agent workflows, recruiting on-demand specialists, and carrying out complete GTM campaigns.

"Most AI agents today are static workflows. But true execution needs a feedback loop. That's what makes Execution OS different. Our platform learns from customer data and GTM activity, and dynamically drives outbound strategy, hiring, and human enablement. It's not just automation—it's orchestration." Peda Venki Pola, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at OneShot.ai, said, highlighting the difference between Execution OS and other AI solutions.

Examples provided by the company illustrate Execution OS in action.

In one case, after analysing hundreds of sales calls, the system identified a successful pitch connected to a particular type of client. The platform then sourced additional leads matching that profile, which were not already in the client's CRM, and enabled staff to launch outbound campaigns to them quickly.

In another instance, a spike in demo bookings from financial firms in California was linked by the system to a recent regulatory change. The Execution OS responded by identifying and targeting more than 100 companies affected by this change, launching coordinated campaigns across multiple channels within minutes.

Customer feedback has highlighted Execution OS's performance.

"We've worked with OneShot.ai for a while, but the new Execution OS changed the game. Since bringing human specialists into the loop, our pipeline has exploded across multiple GTM channels," Eli Burstein, President at Capstone, said.

"We tried hiring SDRs and agencies—nothing stuck. OneShot.ai changed that. Within weeks, we were landing meetings with the world's largest enterprises. The scale and consistency are unmatched," Karl May, Founder and CEO at Join Digital, added.

OneShot.ai's founders are experienced in GTM strategy and artificial intelligence.

Gautam Rishi has over two decades of experience in enterprise SaaS, with roles at Akamai, CloudBees, and 1e, where he has built and managed global sales teams.

Peda Pola brings experience from a decade at Salesforce, specialising in generative AI, multi-agent orchestration, and large-scale enterprise platforms.

The company notes that its approach evolved from the realisation that advancing language models have not made it clear which tasks are best managed by AI and which still require human input. OneShot.ai's system is designed to identify the right balance, allowing AI to determine and assign tasks before coordinating both AI and human contributors through to completion.

Since Execution OS launched in December, OneShot.ai has reported adding more than $250,000 in new annual recurring revenue each month. Clients have expanded their use of the solution across broader use cases in just a matter of weeks.

"AI gets you 70% of the way there. Execution OS gets you all the way—by combining AI with the right humans at the right time," Gautam Rishi said.

Looking ahead, OneShot.ai is positioning Execution OS as a foundation for operational processes in B2B companies, initially within go-to-market functions, but plans to extend its capabilities into other domains, such as deal acceleration, forecasting, customer success, and revenue operations.

The platform is intended to provide adaptive execution, learning what is required, allocating resources, and autonomously recruiting expertise as needed.
