
Eagle Eye & Ecrebo partner to boost smart receipt marketing
Eagle Eye, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) and AI technology company, has entered into a partnership with Ecrebo, a global provider of point-of-sale (POS) marketing solutions. The collaboration aims to deliver personalised and real-time smart messaging to enterprise retailers worldwide by combining Eagle Eye's AIR platform with Ecrebo's targeted checkout technology.
The partnership is intended to enable retailers to enhance customer engagement through tailored messaging delivered at the point of sale—whether via printed receipts or digital formats. Both companies emphasise that the solution is implementable with any existing POS software system, increasing its adaptability and global scalability.

Ecrebo's POS-based technology is already in use by leading supermarkets and speciality retailers across Europe and North America. The company processes over five billion transactions each year and recently celebrated the issuance of its five billionth promotional customer message.
The integration with Eagle Eye's AIR platform, which supports over 500 million loyalty member wallets globally and executes more than 850 million personalised offers weekly, is expected to unlock a range of marketing capabilities. These include incentivising loyalty programme sign-ups, increasing loyalty engagement, and issuing personalised product or category recommendations.
The solution also offers retailers the ability to boost retail media engagement and drive app downloads. In addition, it opens a new revenue stream by enabling suppliers and third-party partners to run campaigns directly through the receipt channel.

Eagle Eye AIR is a cloud-based platform that supports real-time, omnichannel and personalised consumer marketing at scale. It is currently used by major global retailers including Asda, Tesco, Morrisons, Waitrose, John Lewis & Partners, JD Sports, and Pret a Manger, among others. The platform facilitates the real-time issuance and redemption of promotional coupons, loyalty offers, gift cards and other incentives.
In January 2024, Eagle Eye launched EagleAI, a data science solution focused on personalisation. It is already in use by retailers including Carrefour, Auchan and Pattison Food Group.
Ecrebo's solution continues to expand its market share by offering a channel of communication that reaches customers directly during their in-store checkout experience. The company supports POS marketing for retailers such as Albertsons, Southeastern Grocers, Waitrose and B&Q.
