Carrie Parker named Chief Marketing Officer at Medallia

Medallia has announced the appointment of Carrie Parker as its new Chief Marketing Officer.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Carrie Parker joins Medallia, coming from her previous role as Chief Marketing Officer at Cision. Her career has also included leadership roles at major companies such as American Express, Vericast and Kantar. In these positions, Parker has developed a track record for leading high-performing teams and implementing brand transformations that drive revenue growth.

At Cision, Parker led the global marketing team to enhance demand generation and elevate portfolio brands including Brandwatch and CisionOne. Her experience at companies such as Vericast, American Express, and Kantar involved spearheading initiatives that leveraged data-driven marketing to drive brand transformations and revenue growth.
